		<description>For me &quot;im sorry&quot; has always been sort of a way out, something that is quite a relief for people like me who have always had difficulty in putting thoughts into words. Having said that after reading your post i do realize that sometimes i do start taking it for granted...i mean most of the times i personally take it as a shield to hind behind...end a conflict...and thats how the phrase &quot;im sorry&quot; looses its impact.... now that i think about it i do realize that specifying and elaborating your apology as you have pointed out is a much better way to cpnvey your thoughts... :)</description>
