Nice one! If I could write like this I would be well happpy. The more I see articles of such quality as this (which is rare), the more I think there might be a future for the Web. Keep it up, as it were.

Coach D,

Your comment is right on target! Each person has different needs and thus, has need of different services. The approach is different for each service, and I suppose its a bit presumptuous of me to think that I could do both if I wanted to.

Still, good point and I would be curious to hear how they both go for you, since you are a coach, and you get coaching and counseling.

I chose coach on your poll because if I have to choose one or the other, that is the one I'd prefer because of where I am personally at in my own life. However, some people need both. Coaches fulfill a purpose and mental health therapists fulfill another purpose. Not everyone needs both but everyone can benefit from both. I guess it depends on a persons own personal needs, goals, desires, and comfort level. I will continue to benefit from both as long as it helps me to build a better me by helping me to make better choices for my life. - Coach D
